Congressman Steve Watkins Selected To Serve On The House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Steve Watkins has been selected to serve on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs. Congressman Steve Watkins issued the following statement:
“I am honored to be selected by my Republican colleagues to serve on the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs. I look forward to getting to work on behalf of our nation’s greatest treasure – our veterans.”

“I am excited to have Rep. Steve Watkins serving on Committee this year. The Congressman’s experience serving overseas in the Army, combined with his degree from West Point and his father’s service in the Air Force, leads me to believe Rep. Watkins will bring a good perspective to the Committee. And of course, I am always excited to have a fellow Army veteran join the ranks. I know Rep. Watkins will continue to be a leading voice for our nation’s veterans and I look forward to working with him.”
